PIMpoint launches next week October 5-7th
The world of virtual events has come a long way in the past 18 months. With many physical events being forced to cancel due to the pandemic, event teams have quickly pivoted to back to the virtual event space. However, if you attended an early virtual event and weren’t that impressed, rest assured times have changed. Digital event platforms are now offering all kinds of interactive components, networking, VR, and no longer feel like a torturous webinar.
It’s time to give them another try.
PIMpoint, the world’s first and largest product information management and digital commerce event, first launched eight years ago in Malmö, Sweden. It has since been held annually, eventually expanding to Chicago in the US. The second edition of PIMpoint Digital will kick off Tuesday, October 5th and run for three days.
So what’s exciting about PIMpoint Digital this year? As always, the content is stellar, featuring keynote sessions from industry thought leaders, such as Lionesque Group’s found and CEO, Melissa Gonzalez. Don’t miss inriver’s CEO, Thomas Zanzinger, in a panel discussion with Cartier, New Balance, Estee Lauder and Prsymian Group as they touch on global expansion in the digital world. Star Republic’s keynote session, “Knocking on Heaven’s Door”, will also be a top attraction.
There are retail and manufacturing tracks featuring customers leading the industry to share best practices and inspire you. Focus on the tracks that matter to your work and hear from your peers leading the industry. These tracks will address unique challenges within both the retail and industrial manufacturing industries, so be sure to sign up for what will help you back at the office.
Need some names to inspire you? Retailers speaking include BMR, Bugaboo, and SkiStar. Manufacturing speakers include Zurn, WernerCo., Hyster-Yale, Vestas, Oticon, and Hunter Douglas.
The networking is often one of the biggest benefits to industry events. Luckily, PIMpoint Digital offers a new twist on networking by pairing up attendees to get conversations started and help build those “coffee break” chats that happen at live events. Looking for more of an open networking event? We’ve got that, too!
This is the first year we will have a dedicated German track at PIMpoint. Inriver has a solid and fast-growing base of German customers who are transforming their markets. Our German-speaking audience can look forward to a panel discussion, product demo and networking sessions. Begleiten Sie uns!

Trade show booths:
Exhibitor booths are the lifeblood of an event. It’s an opportunity to see and experience new technologies, learn from organizations that can help you solve some of your biggest challenges, and ask questions. This year’s event hosts a full virtual exhibit hall with staffed booths, online chat, demos, and so much more.
Trust us, you’ll want to experience this after you hear about how some of these partners have played transformative roles in the PIM ecosystem.
No headsets required! Just hop into the Wonder.Me app and meet attendees with your avatar. A whole new way to interact with fellow attendees.

PIMpoint Digital may still be virtual this year, but it is not a three day long webinar. It’s an interactive experience to help you engage, connect, and learn how to open the digital front door to commerce. Register today and we’ll see you on Tuesday, October 5th.
