Syndicate Advance offers an even more flexible syndication solution for Inriver users. Whether through API, flat file, or partner integration, along with a fully managed Syndication as a service, Syndicate Advance allows our customers to react more effectively to changing channel requirements while reducing rejections and delays. When coupled with Inriver Evaluate and the adaptability of the core Inriver PIM, Syndicate Advance provides the complete digital shelf solution, not only ensuring every digital product listing is complete, consistent, and compelling, but also giving users the insights needed to maintain share of shelf and visibility across all key owned and third-party sites.

New Best Buy API and ChannelEngine integrations
As part of the Syndicate Advance innovation, we are also extending the Inriver ecosystem to meet the growing needs of our customers. We’re excited to announce a new direct API connection to Best Buy, enabling our customers to seamlessly syndicate high-quality product content to one of North America’s leading retailers.
The Inriver ChannelEngine integration gives customers access to 950+ channels and marketplaces, and a fully managed syndication service —giving brands new and efficient paths to reach shoppers while eliminating operational lift. This opens a raft of new opportunities for our customers to bring products to market with one of North America’s biggest electronics retailers.
Smarter content onboarding: Speed without sacrificing quality
Importing product data at scale can be a laborious and error-strewn process, which is why Content Onboarding provides a built-in, AI-assisted way to map, validate, and upload product information directly into the PIM—helping teams bring high-quality data into the platform faster, reduce manual work, and shorten time to market.

Content Onboarding provides a structured, no-code alternative to the errors, bottlenecks, and quality concerns that come from manual onboarding. With Content Onboarding, Inriver users can:

- Auto-map fields automatically with AI-assisted suggestions

- Block bad data at source with error validation pre-import, flagged errors, and previews

Brand new features for Brand Store
Brand Store has already been helping Inriver users get the right product information into the hands of partners and distributors. The latest version of Brand Store now includes the new open store capability making a store publicly accessible via a unique URL, with no login or registration required. This streamlines the content distribution process and means resellers, distributors, wholesalers, and even internal teams can self-serve the latest, most accurate product content whenever and wherever they need it.

A new built-in content delivery network (CDN) ensures all media assets load quickly, reliably and at scale, no matter where the user is based. We’ve also implemented other user-friendly updates for Brand Store, including:
- Smarter search and cleaner product views for faster navigation
- Bulk downloads and public links so teams can distribute content instantly
- Enhanced previews, filtering, and downloads for a more intuitive experience
