The challenge

Kyocera Senco Netherlands faced the need to replace its outdated PIM system and sought a new implementation partner to ensure a smooth transition and integration of complex systems.

The solution

Kyocera Senco Netherlands partnered with Innovadis to implement the powerful inriver PIM. This included several complex integrations with SAP, XLIFF for translations, Evebury for digital publishing, the data pool EZ-base, and partner IB. These integrations ensured a smooth and efficient flow of product information throughout the chain.

The new PIM system supports trade unit capture and uses advanced business rules to automatically establish product relationships. When product data changes, the system automatically generates a new product sheet or Declaration of Performance (DoP), which is attached directly to the product and remains current in as many as 17 languages.
