Gazal Sikand is a Managing Director at THL Partners in the firm's Strategic Resource Group.

Prior to joining THL, Gazal was a Consultant at Genpact LLC focused on operations transformation, program management and analytics. She also worked at Capital IQ as a Research Associate. She has the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, is a Project Management professional and also holds the FRM certification.

Gazal holds a B.S. in Mathematics from St. Stephen’s College and an M.B.A. from Institute of Management Technology, India.
