When we founded Partnersense, we had an abstract idea of working differently. With experience from a large number of customers and big employers, we knew that things could be done in a way that was more efficient, more fun, and yielded better quality and results.
We are not going to pretend that we have all the answers, but we do see some really good results on the path we chose. Like saying no and yes to the right things. Learning stuff. Building rather than re-inventing things. Mentoring and being interested in why.
