It’s a stand-alone Software Suite fully implemented with inRiver PIM that we are offering to the entire inRiver Community. It’s available for both inRiver Partners, as well as end-customers using the inRiver PIM Software.
A.IO ERP Automation
Out of the Box, inRiver PIM offers three ways of importing data:
- Manual Upload of Excel or CSV Files
- The add-on Supplier On-boarding
- Through Inbound integration with ERP-systems and other data sources
However, even if you have a Grouping Id, showing different variants of your articles, you are only able to store uploaded data in one Entity.
Using our A.IO ERP Automation Software, you are able to map data from this Entity to several, e.g. Product and Items. The Software will even link entities together for you.
If an Entity already exists, it will be updated. New Items that are added at a later stage will find its Product Automagically.
If you would like to Group SKUs on an Item, e.g. Sizes for Clothes and/or Shoes, that is also fully supported and enables you to store SKU-data in a XML-filed on Item.
What is also important is that if you are in need of storing more data from suppliers, you can simply update the entities with new fields, map them accordingly and you’re done! No need to revisit the code, perform tests and Deployment tasks.
