M and M Direct keeps fast-paced customer information flowing with inRiver PIM

M and M Direct, the European retailer of off-price branded fashion, sports and outdoor clothing apparel and accessories at discounted prices, has selected inRiver PIM (Product Information Management) for managing their fast-paced and ever-changing product range and product information to their customers.

Having a multi-lingual online presence that covers several channels, more than 1 million active customers and over 21 million site visits per year, M and M Direct looked for a more efficient handling of their product range. A part-manual, part automated solution via an ERP didn’t provide the required flexibility so M and M Direct decided to implement a PIM solution and through that optimize the product and online experience. Communicating with their customers through their online presence and other marketing channels, M and M Direct is now set for faster handling of new stock, quicker release of product information, and faster time-to-market.
