inRiver, a leader in product information management (PIM) and cross-channel product information solutions announced today the launch of the new inRiver PRIME Partner Community—designed for strengthening and rewarding the large partner ecosystem that helps bring success to inRiver’s customers.

The new inRiver PRIME Partner Community encourages the partner network to develop expertise in PIM, drive customer success, and grow a new, thriving practice.

Forming strategic go-to-market partnerships, inRiver’s new PRIME Partner Community consists of Solution Partners and Value-Added Partners. Solution Partners are often service providers such as System Integrators/Implementers and Digital Agencies, while the Partner designations of Platinum, Gold, and Silver indicate the level of engagement and benefits the Partner enjoys. Value-Added Partners are leading software or other technology vendors and service providers that add tremendous value to customers’ businesses.
