Coop Sverige invests in customer experience with inRiver

Coop Sverige AB with its grocery stores and supermarkets, chooses inRiver for creatiing a great customer experience by being consistent and excellent in all channels.


Coop Sverige AB, the cooperative association of grocery stores and supermarkets, has selected inRiver for supporting the creation of a great customer experience and managing excellent product information for all channels. With their large and varied assortment that ranges from fresh food to nonfood and building supplies, Coop is now taking the next step in augmenting the quality of their product information.

Being already multi-channel, Coop was looking to implement a stringent handling of images for their channels, combined with an efficient handling of all their product information. Wanting to give their members and customers the best possible service, the creation of a great shopping experience was top of the list:
