As the head of Global Services, Maria Bolmstedt leads inriver’s support team and customer success strategy.

Bringing with her over 30 years of experience helping to make customers successful, with over 20 years in the software industry, she is looking for new ways to enhance inriver’s customers’ experiences and service offerings.

Before joining inriver, Maria drove the execution of support strategies focusing on business management aimed at improving customer experiences in a cost efficient and data-driven manner for organizations such as Qlik and Consafe Logistics.

Maria is passionate about people, data, numbers, technologies, and improvements. Most of all, she holds the highest level of importance to the value she adds to her customers’ experience.
