Åhléns chooses inRiver PIM for a better customer experience

ÅhlénsÅhléns, the Swedish retailer with 76 department stores in Sweden and 29 stores in Norway, chooses inRiver PIM for creating and managing all product information in one place. Ameliorating and adorning the everyday life of customers, Åhléns will now implement inRiver PIM to facilitate the handling of product information internally, collecting and managing all information and digital assets in one place for all channels.

"Implementing PIM will help us give our customers a more consistent and better experience wherever & whenever they want to connect with us. Our initial step with PIM will be to feed our website and image bank with product information. Step 2 will be to integrate further touch points, e.g. e-mail, catalog, receipts etc. to our PIM" says Helena Flodström, Digital Manager, Åhléns.
