“We are thrilled to have Ray join the inriver team,” said Jorgen Smidt, chairman of the board. “Our market opportunity continues to rapidly expand as the need for a streamlined customer experience across all channels increases. “I am honored to join the inriver board during this exciting time in commerce,” said Grady. “The market is demanding an enterprise PIM solution to meet the rapidly changing needs of buyers across channels. Inriver helps their customers achieve this and we will continue to innovate to lead the PIM and commerce space.”
